Answer to that is pretty much whatever you want and what you want will depend on your individual preferences.

A new slave told me recently that he had looked for my pages on hypnosis, only to find out that the link had gone. He’s absolutely right so I’m going to have to re-do them.
I do two sorts of hypnosis, programed hypnosis and hypnosis for the session.
What’s the difference? Well usually you will already know if you want programed hypnosis becuase you’ve probably spent years looking for someone who does this. You will have a particular BDSM interest which means that you need to find someone who does this. Basically programed hypnosis is to get a slave to achieve a particular goal.
